Overview

Namicos Shiga Plant, where all our technologies and know-how cultivated over a long time are concentrated, is the main production site for manufacturing and processing containers.
High-end glass ampoules with stable quality are manufactured in a completely sealed work environment shuttering a flow of outside air; Cleaning processing and inspection rooms, with cleanliness comparable to pharmaceutical production sites, are introduced; and employees wear dust-proof clothes and pass through the air-shower booth to enter a clean room.
Thus, an innovative concept of “A plant of worth showing”, “Creating a GMP-conscious environment” and “Prioritizing customer’s reassurance” altogether constitutes the firm foundation of MONOZUKURI (manufacturing) at Namicos, which led to our today’s high quality and unique packaging businesses.
