Creating a comfortable work environment where a safety is ensured

On the basis of our thought that human resources are the largest asset, we are committed to provide a better work environment for individual employees. In the Shiga Plant is a newly created welfare facility, besides an in-house nursery to allow child-raising women to work without worries. Thus, we try our best to handle sensitively the aspects of employee’s welfare, including child care.
