Namicos Corporation (hereinafter as “The Company”) shall establish a voluntary privacy policy below and construct the system of protecting personal information, whereby the protection of personal information shall be promoted by keeping all Company’s employees fully informed of the importance and handling of the protection of personal information.
Management of Personal Information
The Company shall keep customer’s personal information accurate and up to date, shall take necessary action, including the improvement of maintenance and management of the Company’s security system and thorough education of the Company’s employees, and shall implement security measures under strict control, in order to prevent unlawful access, loss, destruction, tampering and leak and other undesirable events regarding personal information.
Utilization of Personal Information
The Company shall utilize the customers’ personal information collected when we will send e-mails and/or materials in need of communicating, providing the Company’s operational information and responding to questions/inquiries.
Restriction of Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
The Company shall treat the customers’ personal information collected under appropriate control and shall not disclose personal information to any third party except in the following cases:
where the customer gives his/her consent;
where the Company disclose the information to its subcontractor to the extent required to fulfil the services demanded by the customer; and
where the disclosure of the information is required by laws and regulations.
Security Measures for Personal Information
The Company takes all appropriate security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
Confirmation of Identity
In case a customer makes an inquiry about his/her own private information or would like it to be modified or deleted, the Company shall first confirm the customer’s identity before responding to his/her request.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations, and Review of the Private Policy
The Company shall comply with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations regarding personal information we possess, and review the contents of the Privacy Policy as appropriate.
