Expected effects on lyophilized product

Prevention of bottle breakage during freeze-drying can be expected. Additionally, dry cake can be made elegant, with reduced dusting on the inner glass wall.

An application of silicone coating or fluorine coating on glass surface can be expected to prevent glass components affecting the drug product.

Inspection and assembly of multiple components in clean environment

Sub-dividing and repackaging of foreign-made desiccant packs

A large number of desiccants can be sub-divided so that customers like research laboratories can efficiently use a small volume as needed.

Inspecting accessory items for pharmaceuticals and packaging as a kit

Accessory items, e.g. inner plug, oral dispenser and vial adapter, are inspected for their cosmetic quality. Namicos is capable of undertaking the work totally from searching, sourcing, designing packages, and to making a kit.

Namicos began to handle “Triveni”, a US standard screw-mouth bottle produced in US. Since an appropriate stock is held in Japan, a timely delivery can be ensured. Triveni, like “DUMA”, is registered with FDA DMF and complies with US regulations.
